Manage your subscription
Albert Pro is billed by Stripe through Link. Your orders, payment details, receipts and cancellation all live there — Albert has no separate account and no password. Here is exactly what each action does, before you take one.
Cancel subscription: Canceling stops future renewals. Albert Pro remains available through the end of the period you’ve paid for; Albert continues free afterward.
Full refund: A full refund cancels the subscription and ends Albert Pro immediately. Albert continues free, and the permanent key works again if you resubscribe.
Partial refund: A partial refund does not cancel the subscription or change Albert Pro access.

Lost the key email, or setting up a new PC? Enter the address you used and the key on file goes there. Nothing new is created, and nobody learns whether an address has one.
