Who we are and what this notice covers

Fflying Llama LLC (“Fflying Llama,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. This notice applies throughout fflyingllama.com, including pages about Albert.

The Albert Privacy Notice provides additional information about personal information handled in connection with the Albert product and services, including the installed software, mailing list, online licensing, purchases, subscriptions, and support.

Information we collect

When you visit the website, we and our service providers receive request and performance information. This may include your IP address, date and time, page visited, referring page, approximate location, browser, operating system, device type, and page-performance information. Your browser or device sends this information automatically.

Vercel hosts the website and provides aggregate Web Analytics and Speed Insights. These services do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and Vercel does not store IP addresses with its analytics data.

The website uses Google Fonts. Your browser may connect directly to Google and send information such as your IP address, browser information, and the requested font. Google handles that information under its own privacy terms.

If you contact us, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, message, and attachments. Contact is optional, but we may need an email address and relevant details to respond.

How we use and disclose information

We use information to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the website; understand aggregate use and performance; respond to inquiries; prevent misuse; maintain appropriate business records; and comply with legal obligations.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies or track visitors across unrelated websites. Browser “Do Not Track” signals do not change how the website operates because there is no tracking or advertising choice to apply.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided personal information may contact us and request its deletion.
